Chester Velasco is a seasoned Information Technology Leader with 23 years solid corporate experience. He leads the execution of the digital architecture design that paved the way for Unionbank’s Digital Transformation together with the Cloud Transformation Program and Network Transformation efforts. Together with Unionbank, they were recently awarded FY22 Forward Cloud Innovator Award. Before joining Unionbank, he held Senior Enterprise and Solutions Architect roles from different Technology vendors such as HPE, IBM, Oracle and Huawei among others. Thus, allowing him to gain invaluable experiences on the technology forefront. In addition he has also worked for Getronics Singapore, a solution provider that focuses on end to end digital transformation as well as Softenger Singapore that provides different IT Managed Services and Solutions.
