Maxime (Max) was the first data hire at Veronica Beard and holds ownership in building the data team and implementing the Modern Data Stack for its omnichannel fashion retail business. /n Max’s scope of work starts with the management and leadership team to collect business requirements, define business metrics and reporting, and, ultimately, provide them with insights for data-informed decision-making. He is responsible for driving the data strategy, roadmap, and data warehouse design and architecture. He oversees the implementation of the data stack from data extraction, loading, and transformations (ELT) to data visualization and data operationalization (Reverse ETL). /n Max has extensive experience working with modern data tools including Segment, Fivetran, BigQuery, dbt, Sigma Computing, Continual, Heap Analytics, and more.
