Juriaan Lahr, Director Digital Transformation, the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies since 2021. Prior Juriaan served as Director of International Operations at the Netherlands Red Cross and in parallel was Chair of the Steering Committee of the Partners for Resilience (PfR) alliance, Vice-Chair of the IFRC’s Shelter Research Unit and a driving force behind the establishment of the Red Cross Data Initiative, 510.global. Juriaan has over 20 years international experience, at the European Commission, IFRC and private sector and has been involved extensively in multiple Red Cross operations in all regions of the world. Juriaan is a Dutch national and holds a Master of Law Degree.
