As a Senior Customer Success Manager, Caroline is deeply entrenched with Twilio’s customers, working to help them successfully hit their customer engagement goals. Whether she is working to collaborate, influence and take the lead in cross functional engagements within Twilio, or, evangelizing product value, Caroline is a passionate problem-solver who loves to make her customers’ experience on the Twilio platform seamless. When she is not working with customers, you can find Caroline hiking in Colorado with her daughters and husband and attending live music shows.
