Andy Douillard is a member of the Twilio Messaging Exchange team where he is an expert in messaging strategy, best practices, and product design. His current focus is on guiding Twilio messaging customers to efficiently develop and launch new messaging products as well as optimizing existing use cases and customer experiences. Since joining Twilio in 2015 he has helped establish the GTM sales strategy and operations function before moving to the sales organization where he managed new business and strategic customer relationships. Prior to joining Twilio, Andy worked in sales and GTM operations at a variety of different Bay Area tech companies.
